Senior Software Engineer Specializing in PDF

We are looking for a professional, skilled candidate to fill a senior document format engineering position working with Adobe's PDF format. You will be responsible for:

Development of imaging tools or applications including SDKs, batch converters, viewers, and plug-ins
Writing code samples
Bug fixes and higher level problem resolution
Assist with writing documentation
Competitive product analysis
Suggesting and developing new products
Experience/Skills Required:
Proficiency in Java required
A good working knowledge of C/C++ is preferred
Experience with PDF internals preferred
Familiarity with file formats and/or image processing preferred
4+ years experience
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential

Experience with other platforms a plus
Desired Education: A degree (BS or BE) in computer science or related field is preferred
