Essential Tasks

Make outbound calls to local companies to raise brand awareness and schedule sales meetings with prospective buyer interested our staffing services.
Document action details in our CRM.
Meet weekly with our Business Development Manager to identify targets within the sales pipeline and appropriately adjust strategies based upon effectiveness of campaigns.
Facilitate the weekly activities of the quarterly sales campaign.
Contribute to recruiting activities when needed.
In-office training is available to prepare you for success.

Knowledge, Skills and Education

The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in outbound calls.
Knowledge of staffing or distribution industries is helpful.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm
