The dynamic Mamata USA team is seeking driven sales experts with an analytical mind and a knack to build lasting customer relationships. 

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who respects and cooperates with authority, is open-minded, and can work in multicultural global management culture. To succeed in this role, the sales executive can think on their feet and know when and where to look for answers. This candidate is hardworking and has excellent interpersonal skills. 

The sales executive will work closely with the General Manager of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support divisions. This position aims to follow the company's annual targets to increase and maximize sales volume in NAFTA Region (North America, Canada, Mexico, Latin America)

This position entails pre-sale and after-sale activities to ensure maximum customer confidence and satisfaction as a trusted advisor for the customer on an on-going basis. 

The key role of the Inside sales executive is to interact with potential and existing customers through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats to persuade them to purchase the company's products and services. They generate qualified leads, create suitable quotes, and process purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities 


  1. Determine customer's needs through phone calls & emails. Maintain a database for it and present it to the sales team for further follow-up
  2. Maintain a detailed CRM with notes for leads and referrals. Use other tools as needed to manage contacts and leads.
  3. Manage customers effectively by scheduling calls based on a predetermined frequency
  4. Strategize with GM Sales, Marketing, and Outside Sales Reps on efforts to target particular territories/customers
  5. Assist and support the Sales team with travel plans - arranging meetings, calling customers in their regions, etc. 
  6. Assist with customer service as needed in collaboration with frontline sales staff and the sales supervisor's needs
  7. Continually strive to develop product/industry knowledge and business intellect
  8. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our products to answer customer questions. 
  9. Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
  10. Develops quotations for customers using established guidelines. Consult with the GM Sales, Marketing on any special considerations.
  11. Maintains contact with customers to ensure Customer Satisfaction and to develop other sales opportunities.
  12. Work with GM-Sales, Marketing to create and manage marketing plans including creating new content based on market intelligence and competitor knowledge
  13. Support marketing efforts and attend trade shows, as needed
  14. Maintain POS displays, showroom floor, and assist organize shows /events. 
  15. Attend events/trade shows as needed. 
  16. Other duties as assigned
