Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Implementation - Conversion Analyst Specialist in Milwaukee, WI to analyze and define client products and services requirements through information gathering, data analysis, product mapping and interviews. Gather forms and data files from customer and assess requirements for software utilization. Discuss software customization requirements with the programming team. Create data maps and transaction workflow documents for conversion and generating code. Test customized software against customer specific needs and share reports and application specific data with customers that reflect how conversion data will be processed. Review conversion results (reports, balancing, data load software changes) with clients to refine and confirm requirements. Determine operational needs and document software outcomes (processes, forms, reports, etc.) to be used after conversion is complete. Develop new procedures with clients to ensure FIS software is used appropriately. Run test scripts with various data to see how new or customized transactions process through the software. Verify and validate accuracy of data through the generation of reports. Validate completion of prior system to FIS balancing. Coordinate and conduct readiness reviews including directing the customer in the preparation and execution of test scripts to verify accuracy of data, training and procedures, system set-up and reports. Customize FIS software using authoring tools to meet individual customer needs, including modifying screens and data fields and creating new forms, screens, product sets, and tables. Review conversion results including reports, balancing of systems, balancing system conversion to associated General Ledger accounts, errors with the customer and obtains client sign-off. Coordinate and direct the completion of post-conversion maintenance including error resolution, system or data changes and balancing adjustments.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field of study and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: coordinating configuration changes including adding, updating, or deleting functionality; identifying issues by troubleshooting using FIS tools including Data Navigator, Fraud Navigator, Self Service Gateway, CED, AUDTSCAN, STATMON (Statistics Monitor) and Net history ; working on IBM Mainframe and MS Project; performing analysis of currency conversion and transaction reconciliation processes via settlement systems; utilizing tools to read online messages to validate transaction activity and troubleshoot issues; performing validation of online transaction code changes and settlement code changes; working with MasterCard and Visa on chip card acquiring and issuing certification; and performing yearly coordination of processor key changes and switch level master file key change.
