Summary:

The Enterprise Products team is seeking an experienced, insightful and forward-thinking Program Director to identify, design, implement, and scale efficient and effective Product Operations programs. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to develop, facilitate, and oversee sound operational processes and program management practices in support of the Enterprise Products organization, including: scoping, initiating and managing programs and related project portfolios, providing program management support to application pillars, and effective management of a growing team of contingent support engineers and specialists. This is a leadership role within Enterprise Products and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record partnering with and influencing executives, managing complex programs, strategic and tactical execution of operational processes, a good understanding of project management in critical environments, and strong working knowledge of an Enterprise Engineering organization.

Director, Product Operations Responsibilities:

  1. Build, scale, and maintain programs that drive strategic priorities from ideation to implementation, primarily through strong program management principles and hands-on leadership
  2. Develop processes that drive standardization through operational rigor across Program Management, Release Management and Production Support
  3. Manage and grow a team of key talents to build a top performing organization able to support Metas rapid growth
  4. Develop strong executive, peer and stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication channels
  5. Promote automation and data analytics audit testing and innovate in new ways of executing projects to drive continuous improvement (e.g., monitoring/alerting)
  6. Promote thought leadership for new ideas and new ways of executing compliance initiatives with Enterprise Products products and infrastructure, drive continuous improvements in the delivery of operations
  7. Scope and drive vendor managed services as appropriate, reducing compliance risk while maintaining business velocity and flexibility
  8. Ensure standardization of support workflows and processes, supporting establishment of a dedicated production operations team across Enterprise Products application pillars
  9. Manage Product Operations services to ensure compliance with core KPIs and SLAs, work cross functionally with stakeholders to review and improve business processes
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience leading broad and geographically dispersed organizations, programs, and projects with a company-wide impact, including hands-on project management of multiple concurrent projects
  2. Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Google G suite, Dropbox, and other Project Management tools in an enterprise environment
  3. Experience with proprietary in-house built systems, information security, corporate systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, Workday), and working with internet scale data reporting analysis
  4. Demonstrated record of problem-solving and analytical skills, including presentation skills to leadership
  5. At least 5 years of experience leading organizations with multiple managers
  6. 13+ years of experience in Project/Program Management with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value using technology solutions in high-tech operations space
  7. 8+ years of experience in defining production system support organizations in partnership with IT Organizations

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Info Systems or Data Science
  2. Experience with hands-on involvement solving technical problems
  3. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud suite, BI tools like Incorta, Tableau, Project Management tools like Asana
  4. Deep understanding of IT Operations, including a solid understanding of revenue and expense business processes and accounting flows, change management fundamentals and user account management across the application, database and OS tiers across various financial applications and technology stacks
  5. Experience leading global organizations
