As a key contributor on the corporate digital marketing analytics team, the Digital Marketing Analyst will assist with producing reports and analyses, managing key data, configuring/maintaining the analytics capabilities within WTWs digital ecosystem and working with the digital analytics team on report development, review and testing to ensure that analytics and insights produced by WTWs digital analytics reporting infrastructure are accurate, insightful and actionable.

The Role
  • Produce high quality dashboards, reports and analyses of marketing campaigns in order to uncover actionable intelligence and trends that provide value to the business
  • Effectively use data visualizations and annotations to convey analysis and summarize results
  • Become an expert on the analytics capabilities within WTWs digital platforms and marketing tools to assist with managing shared dashboards and analytics settings
  • Understand the data within each marketing platform, including how that data connects within the ecosystem
  • Conduct data audits and update data management procedures to maintain marketing data integrity
  • Validate data and metrics on reports and dashboards developed on business intelligence/analytics tools
  • Create and maintain digital analytics training materials for the digital analytics help pages on the WTW intranet
  • Train colleagues and answer questions related to their self-service use of digital analytics and business intelligence tools
  • Stay current on best practices around digital marketing analytics methodologies and trends
  • Ensure a high accuracy output by validating and checking own as well as others work
  • Develop strong relationships with internal business clients and marketing teams, including being responsive to requests and proactive in suggesting solutions
  • Work with data and content in a variety of languages
The Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in an analytics area of business
  • Strong technical skills in data analytics, data management, and reporting
  • Proficient with reporting/analysis tools - SQL, Power BI, Google Analytics, CRM and other digital marketing/sales analytics tools are a plus
  • Competent at unraveling data discrepancies and troubleshooting reporting anomalies
  • Detail oriented, highly organized with an absolute focus on quality of work
  • Resourceful in solving problems and finding answers to questions
  • Ability to convey findings and insights in a clear and concise manner
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tactics and related performance metrics
  • Adept at creating help guides and training users
  • Ability to work as part of a team while being a self-starter
  • Ability to work well across global teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Bachelors degree. Degree in marketing, business administration, computer science, information systems, statistics, mathematics or economics a plus.
