JOB SUMMARY

CBRE is interested in increasing the connectivity between our broker community and our technology ecosystem at the point of sale. The Digital Advisor is responsible for ensuring the right technology products and overall solution is brought to each client pursuit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Embed in the occupier practice in the Dallas market. Participate in the sales management process around and kickoff strategy meetings for pursuits. Attend presentations with clients and prospects to showcase CBRE technology. Advocate in broker sales meetings and promote, explain and demo new and existing technology tools. Develop ongoing training and sales support materials in collaboration with product marketing to create leverage for all teams with or without a digital advisor present.

Bring strategic product and technology leadership to occupier clients at the point of sale. Work closely with Digital & Technology partners, broker teams and clients in a collaborative environment to create compelling, strategic digital visions for business pursuits drawn from the breadth of existing CBRE technology and data products.

Increase use of CBRE technology at the point of sale and in client engagements. Engage to help eliminate market perception that the competition has a greater focus on technology or that their technology is superior to CBRE s. Ensure messaging to clients is tightly aligned with market leadership, digital & technology and is well-grounded in the current product capabilities.

Actively participate in the development of technology product strategy and advocate for our clients and brokers in those conversations (voice of the customer). Become intimately familiar with the functionality, roadmap, and trajectory of all of the relevant technology products. Collaborate with Product Management to ensure those conversations are incorporated and prioritized in product roadmaps. Advocate for technology with both Digital & Technology and broker team counterparts.

Provide regular updates; manage stakeholder communication and reporting. Actively participate in our growing community of digital advisors across markets and elevate the state of play for technology across CBRE where appropriate.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as being the voice of the client and the broker community, to coworkers in Digital & Technology. May lead matrixed client implementation project teams and/or plan and contribute the work of other teams across the broker operating platform.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of sales support or direct client experience in commercial real estate, preferably on the occupier side of the business
3+ years in commercial real estate in an analyst, GIS or research capacity
Demonstrated experience using technology and data to drive value in a real estate context. Experience in a technology organization a plus.
Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally, motivate and energize across the brokerage and technology organization
Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate and evangelize technology at every level of the organization
Possess a working understanding of leveraging internally developed and third party best in class tools where needed across the ecosystem
