Overview of Job Function:

The Customer Data Analyst will be an integral team member focused on analyzing, integrating, and presenting data collected through customer feedback surveys and other methods. The right candidate will be passionate about using tools and technology, experienced with data analysis and visualization, and enthusiastic about telling the story behind the data. This position can be located remotely.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
  • Provide project management support for the execution of Verints Customer Experience and Partner Experience surveys, including compiling lists of new contacts to survey from multiple sources, managing survey invitations and reminders, and managing unsubscribe lists.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for customer data to reflect insights and trending of key metrics for multiple departments within Verint.
  • Conduct detailed analysis to identify actionable recommendations and c reate insightful research reports based on results of the analysis.
  • Manage data collection and analysis for multiple other ongoing and ad hoc customer satisfaction surveys.

    Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Three years of experience working with customer and marketing data and/or analytics.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, including creating pivot tables.
  • One or more years of experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-starter, with attention to detail, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC and a SS verification.

    Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in Customer Experience (CX) analytics and Voice of the Customer (VoC) analytics.
  • Experience using common statistical analysis techniques such as significance testing and regression analysis.
  • Experience using data analysis tools such as R, SAS and SPSS.
  • Experience using data management tools such as SQL and Python.
