Summary

Lidl US is seeking a Branding & Packaging Administrative Assistant to join our Branding and Packaging teams as the team works on the mission of becoming a part of customers daily life in the US. In this fast-paced and dynamic area of our business, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for being highly analytical, extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle confidential information.

This position is Hybrid, requiring 3 days in office and 2 days working from home

What You ll Do
Assist with presentation and briefing assets on a weekly basis
Maintain calendar, schedule meetings and make travel arrangements for the department
Handle, respond to, and direct incoming correspondence and request in a timely manner
Arrange meetings, including locations, invitations, logistics, etc.
Prepare and process reports for management, including expense reports
Maintain and archive creative asset libraries

What You ll Need
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of administrative support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Advanced Excel skills preferred.
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn organization structure and the objectives of the team
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers and outside contracts
Intermediate German skills preferred
